In order to achieve certification, HQIC underwent an assessment process to demonstrate that it met the standards set by Infoway’s Certification Services.

miDASH has 350 clinician users in Ontario and 1 million patient records are automatically updated daily which helps provide patients and doctors with the most up-to-date information each time the portal is used. The miDASH solution works across all major EMR platforms to empower patients by giving them access to lab results and providing the ability to securely view and book appointments and request medication refills online, from the comfort of their own home.
Infoway Certification Services provides a process to verify that health information solutions are standards-based. It offers pre-implementation certification for the following technology classes:
