Infoway is accountable to its Board of Directors and the Members of the Corporation (Canada’s 14 federal, provincial and territorial deputy ministers of health) and is led by a team of seasoned professionals who are specialists in their respective fields, including health care, administration, information technology and privacy.

Disclosure & Transparency
As an organization funded by the federal government, Infoway is committed to being transparent about its use of public funds. Since 2011-2012, Infoway has demonstrated its accountability by disclosing business travel and hospitality expenses for its senior executive team, as well as tendered contracts to provide goods and services for the corporation.
