Registration for the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference is now open. Your Partnership Conference registration includes the newcomer session, pitch competition, keynote, leadership, and concurrent sessions, as well as the welcome reception on Nov. 16 and the evening networking reception on Nov. 17.
Early Bird (on or before Oct. 7, 2026)
General: $1,400.00 + tax | Student: $450.00 + tax
Regular (from Oct. 8 to Nov. 8, 2026)
General: $1,650.00 + tax | Student: $450.00 + tax
One-Week Out (from Nov. 9 2025)
General: $1,750.00 + tax | Student: $450.00 + tax
Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies
Registrations received and paid by Oct. 7, 2026 qualify for the early bird rate. After this date, regular fees apply until Nov. 8, 2026. One-week out registration rates will apply after Nov. 8.
All registration fees must be paid in full before the event. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid on-site before admission.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Requests for substitutions must be submitted by
Cancellations received by email on or before Oct. 7, 2026, are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes). No refunds will be issued after Oct 7.
Canada Health Infoway reserves the right to cancel should a minimum registration number not be attained.
