Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies
Advance registrations received with payment by Oct. 8, 2024, will be given the early bird registration discount. Registrations after this date will be charged regular fees until Nov. 10, 2024, after which 'one-week out' pricing will apply.
All payments must be received in full before the event. Outstanding balances will need to be paid on-site prior to admission to the event. Refunds will be issued upon request, less a $100 administration fee (plus applicable HST), if notification is received via email by Oct. 8, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.
