Overview

Are you a patient or caregiver who is passionate about helping shape healthcare in Canada?

As part of Infoway’s commitment to amplifying the patient voice and acknowledging the critical role patients, families and caregivers have in the health system, we are pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to patients, caregivers, and family members to attend the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference in Vancouver, Nov. 16-18.

The presence and participation of patients is crucial in enriching the experience for all conference attendees, as well as empowering and engaging patients as advocates for patients in their own communities.

How to
Participate

The application period for 2026 Partnership Conference patient scholarships is now closed. Applications will be reviewed by Infoway in collaboration with the conference’s Patient Partners and successful recipients will be notified in the coming weeks.

Scholarship
Details

Each patient scholarship includes:

  • Registration for the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference;
  • Transportation to and from JW Marriott Parq Vancouver from the participant’s location within Canada;
  • Hotel accommodation at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver (if required); and
  • Daily meals and incidentals allowance.
