Overview
We invite you to take advantage of early bird sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference, Nov. 17-18, 2026, at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver.
This well-established conference brings together various communities including:
- Clinician leaders from regional and provincial organizations
- Health care leaders and influencers from regional and provincial organizations
- Digital health experts from private and public sectors
Sponsorship prices for the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference will remain the same as 2025 rates until January 31, 2026. After that date, pricing and package details will be updated to align with 2026 rates.
Levels of
Support
There are six sponsorship levels, each with a corresponding value. Based on your sponsorship contribution, your organization will qualify for the corresponding tier and will be identified in all marketing materials and onsite signage for that tier.
To be recognized as a sponsor in a higher tier, the difference in sponsorship dollars can be added to your invoice.
