This presentation will help to unpack LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes) and why it is such an important contributor to better patient outcomes. This beginner level education session is designed for anyone interested in becoming acquainted with the terminology standard used for identifying laboratory and clinical observations in health information systems.
