Infoway has been tracking specific aspects of digital health awareness, utilization and perceptions among Canadians annually since 2010 to better understand the Canadian digital health landscape. This report provides highlighted results from the 2019 Survey of Canadians with selected trending statistics from the 2018 Survey. The 2018 and 2019 Surveys of Canadians are based on a variety of specific system utilization and attitudinal tracking metrics used in previous years as well as new areas of inquiry. The Surveys include core tracking questions as well as new questions that will provide actionable insights to help advance the digital health landscape in Canada.
