The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) commissioned the Toronto Health Economics and Technology Assessment (THETA) Collaborative from the University of Toronto and University Health Network to evaluate the Ontario Telehomecare Program’s Telecare (TLC). The report explores the multi-level factors and processes that facilitate or impede the implementation and adoption of the program across the first three LHINs. Canada Health Infoway has invested in the implementation of the Ontario telehomecare program.
