The Connected Care Trust Framework Blueprint represents a shared, national approach to enabling trusted health data exchange across Canada.
This initial draft has been developed with advisory input and support from federal, provincial, territorial, and Indigenous partners. It reflects a collective effort to define the governance, legal, and technical foundations required to enable health information to be shared appropriately, securely, and at scale, while respecting jurisdictional authority and existing systems.
