This slide deck developed in 2007, provides a summary of the Top Eight activities that comprise an integrated change implementation plan for successful EHRs solutions. The list was developed through analysis of the most commonly applied change models, theories and frameworks. The Top Eight list can serve as a stand alone roadmap for Jurisdictions implementing changes associated with EHRs.
