Canada Health Infoway commissioned Ernst & Young to conduct Connecting Patients with Providers: A Pan-Canadian Study on Remote Patient Monitoring to apply evidence and lessons learned in Canada and abroad to help inform future Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) implementations. Participants learned about the current state of RPM in Canada as demonstrated through case studies and emerging solutions, and the key success factors to implementation at scale and program viability.
