In collaboration with Infoway, the BC Ministry of Health’s Corporate Management and Operations Branch launched a project to evaluate the benefits resulting from adoption of the Panorama inventory module.
In addition to exploring contributing factors for vaccine wastage and opportunities for its reduction, this evaluation has canvassed users of the module – through an online survey and personal interviews – to illuminate issues related to module usability, adoption and support mechanisms.
