The study leverages the model and findings of three pan-Canadian benefits evaluation studies for Diagnostic Imaging, Drug Information Systems, and Telehealth previously commissioned by Infoway.
Benefits captured include both direct financial benefits resulting from cost savings and increased productivity as well as benefits through increased access to care and quality of care leading to improved health outcomes.
