This is an executive summary of the proceedings of the two-day Summit held in Toronto in February 2016, co-hosted by Infoway and the Canadian Institute for Health Information. The summit demonstrated that value is created through the use and reuse of health information for analytics, including efficiencies and cost reductions, safer care and improved quality of life for patients.
