Amie Dlouhy is the Director of Project Delivery and Learning & Development for Sobeys Related Businesses, which includes 425 pharmacies under 7 banners across the country. Amie has over 12 years’ experience specializing in project delivery, customer experience design, process design and innovation. As part of her role at Sobeys, she supports Pharmacy Operations in achieving business outcomes through effective alignment of their people, process and technology. Amie holds a business degree (management), her PMP (Project Management Professional) designation and a Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an animator for Disney.
