Digital health can mean faster care and better outcomes for patients and instant access to important information for authorized clinicians — but the benefits don’t stop there.
Digital health can also benefit the Canadian economy by creating efficiencies in the health system, increasing productivity as Canadians connect to health services in more convenient ways, leading to less time off work, and creating jobs in the Canadian information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
