November 18, 2019

The Canadian Mental Health Association will present about its vison for enhancing mental health supports in the new digital setting through the development of mental health and well-being courses. The virtual Well-being and Recovery College is a new approach to mental health. It is an online learning innovation that provides educational courses about mental health, well-being and recovery which are designed to increase Canadians’ knowledge and skills for supported self-management of mental health. The evidence-informed online course is developed in partnership with people with experience using co-production and person-centred design. During this session you will learn about the elements of this virtual course and the critical role people who have experienced mental health issues have in the development of evidence-informed tools and supports in the digital age.
