Seema Nayani, RPh, BScPhm, BScBiol, BCGP, CDE Pharmacist Leader, Canada Health Infoway
Seema is a practicing clinical and community pharmacist, and continuously looks for opportunities to implement digital health solutions to improve patient care and the clinician experience. She is the Pharmacist Leader at Canada Health Infoway where she provides clinical expertise and support to a number of Infoway initiatives. Seema graduated from the University of Toronto, is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Certified Diabetes Educator. She is also the co-lead for the Medication Management Community on Infoway’s collaborative platform InfoCentral.
Lisa Sever, BScPHM, ACPR, BCGP, RPh Consultant Pharmacist, Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada
Lisa is a graduate of University of Toronto and has completed her hospital residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton. Her work experience includes hospital, chronic kidney disease clinics, long term care, in home pharmacist assessment and medication safety projects. Lisa is a Consultant Pharmacist with ISMP Canada and co-leads the Medication Management Community. She has a keen interest in exploring technologies that can help patients use safe, effective and manageable medications regimens.
