The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) and Infoway entered into the joint Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) project: Community Access to Medical Imaging (CAMI). The CAMI project supported needs of community physician offices and VIHA Medical Imaging (MI) Departments by way of the ordering and scheduling of MI requests. The benefits evaluation report assessed the project benefits through key value indicators, access, quality and productivity.
