Position Purpose

This analyst role will work with several teams to ensure the successful execution and operation of billing, invoicing, and customer relationship activities between the various stakeholder groups who own the systems and the teams that work with the PrescribeIT client groups.

Major Responsibilities

Relationship Management and Billing

  • First Level Customer Support for inquiries via phone and email from Pharmacy PrescribeIT users to aid in financial reconciliations, account management etc., this will include working with the Accounts Receivable team, Technical Support and/or Pharmacy engagement leads as required.
  • Reconciles, cleans and pre-processes complex data sets and runs analyses to answer important business questions, by applying appropriate technical methodologies and developing new methodologies when necessary. This will include managing monthly billing reconciliation process with the Finance team, and utilization reporting for PrescribeIT® pharmacy partners.
  • Prepare reports and data imports/exports (scheduled and on demand).

Education

  • A university graduate in a technically oriented discipline such as finance, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business or health discipline.
  • Experience providing customer service and/or technical support

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual – fluency in French strongly preferred (spoken and written).
  • Superior communication skills, handling billing and invoicing procedures at a corporate level, as well as responding to complex or sensitive customer inquiries. Ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills such as lookups, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio necessary.
  • Experience with Power BI and data modelling a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistics and Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, scikit-learn) a benefit.
  • Strong attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working within and meeting shifting deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management tools (CRM) such as Microsoft CRM/ERP Dynamics 365, Salesforce or other systems (responsibilities to include data entry, data analysis, data uploads, mass emails, reporting and other functionality).
  • Enjoys and excels at collaborating and connecting with virtual team members, while balancing a dynamic and rapid pace without loss of attention to detail
